What to expect
The experience features four carefully selected wines from rare micro-wineries such as Martinón, Auta, Cadenas, Raso, Althay, Maho, Grieta, Guiguan, and Olivina (selection may vary according to availability). Unlike larger wineries, these boutique producers generally do not receive visitors, making this a unique opportunity to discover wines that are rarely available through traditional wine tourism.
Each wine is paired with a carefully selected artisanal Canarian cheese, allowing you to appreciate how local flavors complement one another in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
After the introduction, you're invited to enjoy the four pairings at your own pace, taking time to savor each combination while surrounded by one of Lanzarote's most emblematic cultural spaces.
