What to expect

Immerse yourself in the rich culinary heritage of the Canary Islands and discover the authentic flavors that define this Atlantic paradise. Led by our passionate local chef, you’ll explore one of the region’s most iconic traditions — the art of preparing Mojo Picón, the famous Canarian sauce that gives life to every local dish.

During this hands-on cooking experience, you’ll learn the secrets behind both the red and green mojos, blending ingredients such as cilantro, parsley, garlic, pepper, and even pumpkin to create vibrant sauces bursting with flavor. As you mix and taste, you’ll uncover the fascinating story behind this traditional recipe and its perfect companion — the beloved “Papas Arrugadas”, small wrinkled potatoes cooked in sea salt water that have become a true symbol of Canarian gastronomy.

Once your mojos are ready, the journey continues with a guided tour of our family-run winery. Here, you’ll learn about the island’s unique winemaking traditions and taste three varieties of our young wines, perfectly paired with a selection of local Canarian bites: artisan cheeses, almogrote, chorizo palmero, and other delicacies crafted from island produce.
