What to expect

Family and friends gather around Espeto de Sardinas cooking process, enjoying good conversation until the moment comes to share this delicious dish who is a tradition in Malaga.

The goal of this class is to share this unique experience from Andalusian Style with everyone who visits Madrid, either individually or as a group, learning to cook one of the most important dishes of Malaga´s cuisine in a festive atmosphere.

Also you will prepare this famous and delicious recipe, and after this you must make “la subasta”: our Barmans are Sellers and they goes around restaurant “Singing” the plates: “Calamares!!! Espeto!!!! Who Wants Espeto???”.

You will totally feel as a local by “working” in our restaurant and selling the plates!!! You Will try al plates you sell . All the products are fresh.. And you will enjoy a different and personal experience.
