What to expect

Do you want to learn how to make the best Spanish Tapas from a professional chef? Rather than basing your tapas knowledge on bar and restaurant menus; uncover the culture and creative techniques behind these small bites with a chef for guidance.

We will cook together: ham croquettes, paella (black ink squid paella), Russian salad, and cod ("ajoarriero" style) in this fun and very hands-on Spanish cooking class in Madrid. The menu can vary in function of the available seasonal products or the chef's inspiration. Wanna try?

While you learn, you will immerse yourself in the Spanish culture and taste your creations. Oh, by the way, the good wine always flow! It will become one of the best experiences you will live in Madrid!
