The second steep of the cooking class is pasta fresca, you will learn how to make delicious cheese strands of pasta called “passatelli”.
You will learn about serving options and sourcing the best ingredients.
At the end of the cooking class, a special dinner is waiting for you! You will taste fruits of your labor in a convivial atmosphere.
