Each corner of the winery has a story to tell. Guided by a tasting of four signature wines, you will uncover, in every note and nuance, the history, dedication, and volcanic character of the land and the people who cultivate it.
The wine tasting is accompanied by a light snack pairing served with each wine.
“Beyond the Ashes” is a tribute to our roots and a nod to the iconic 1999 “Cenizas de Timanfaya” wine, which marked a milestone in the Canary Islands—just as the volcanic ashes that shaped the soils continue to define the character of our wines today.

This is more than a traditional winery visit. It is a sensory experience that connects you with the history, philosophy, and identity shaped by the island’s dramatic volcanic past, closely linked to the eruptions of Timanfaya. As you explore the winery, each space reveals part of our story — from the origins of the project to the crafting of wines that express the minerality and strength of volcanic soils. You’ll learn how local grape varieties thrive in this unique environment and how ash-covered terrain influences every vintage. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of four signature wines. In each glass, you will uncover aromas, textures, and nuances that reflect the land from which they were born. Every wine is paired with carefully selected sweet and savory bites designed to enhance the tasting experience.
