Into the kitchen of Casa Bellavista, Simonetta will show you step by step
the secrets to get the perfect handmade pasta and pizza and how to
replicate easily at home.
You will learn how to get the best result from fresh pasta dough, how
to roll it out and cut it.
Simonetta will guide you through each step, from making fresh pasta
to creating the perfect filling to folding the Ravioli then guiding you to
pair with the best sauces and ingredients.
Then Simonetta will tell you the difference between different styles of
pizza throughout Italy while you are rolling out the pizza dough and
creating a vast variety of pizzas with different delicious toppings, using
only the freshest and best ingredients.
But there's more. After making pasta and pizza, you will learn how to
make a fluffy and light Italian focaccia bread as well!
After the cooking class, you will have a delicious meal of the pasta &
pizza prepared during the class.

- Departure Point: Casa Bellavista Address: Casa Bellavista is easily accessible by car from either the north or south via the A1 motorway. Exit at Val di Chiana. Take the highway towards Perugia, exit at the next exit (Foiano della Chiana - Cortona). After the exit, follow signs to Foiano, and after 400 meters. turn right towards S. Catherine - Fratta. After about 2.8 km near a ruined house, turn right and follow the road uphill for about 1 km. At the fork, turn right. Caution: the road forks again and you should stay to the left. Continue for 600 meters and then turn right where a dirt road begins… You will see Casa Bellavista before you at the end of the road.
