Your adventure will begin with a warm welcome in our dedicated cooking space. We'll provide you with an apron and introduce you to your instructor, an experienced pizzaiolo eager to share their passion and secrets.
We'll immediately dive into dough preparation, learning the importance of proportions and the right technique to achieve that perfect, elastic consistency.
Once the dough is ready, you'll discover the art of hand-stretching, a fundamental technique for authentic Italian pizza that will give you a light and airy base. Then, it's time to unleash your creativity: you'll have a selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients at your disposal, from ripe tomatoes and fragrant basil to stringy mozzarella, and local cured meats and vegetables, to create your ideal pizza.
