You will get to know Edoardo's cellar, where the air hums with anticipation. You will taste wines produced from vineyards between 30 and 100 years old that grow at altitudes between 450 and 650 meters above sea level in the Ossola Valley.
Each sip will reveal the essence of Ossola.
The Bacino dances on the palate and the Testa Rusa intrigues. They will be paired with generous plates of local delicacies. As you savor, Edoardo will tell you stories of resilience, territory and the fight against climate change.
