What to expect

Since 1900, a passion for winemaking has been passed down through generations in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, a land of rolling hills, ancient vineyards, and a winemaking tradition dating back to Roman times. This guided tour, offers an immersive journey through a rich heritage deeply rooted in this unique terroir, characterized by limestone-rich soils and a mild climate influenced by Lake Garda. Begin at a 17th-century water mill, a fascinating glimpse into the past, before exploring the beating heart of the estate: the production cellar, with its fermentation vats, and the historic barrel room, where wines have been aging for over 200 years. In season, visit the grape-drying loft, where selected Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes naturally wither to create the region’s iconic wines. The experience culminates in an exclusive tasting of the finest selections, including the prestigious Amarone DOCG and Recioto DOCG, expertly paired with small bites.
