The olive maker will take you to visit the ethnographic museum, telling you the history of four generations of oil producers.

She will describe the extraction systems that followed one another in the various eras up to the current modern plant, explaining the entire olive production chain from harvest to packaging oil.

Walking among the centenary olive trees, visitors are catapulted into an experiential journey of tasting the different oils produced.
In addition to an introductory course in extra virgin olive oil tasting, flavored oils are offered in combination with other seasonal local delicacies ( 7 Tastings).
