What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We only do pick-up at these specific locations for the convenience of all guest and avoid excessive multiple stops during pick-ups and drop off.
All pick-ups will be at the front entrance of the Hotel, guests must wait outside, not inside in he lobby. We will share Van picture for reference.
We will share pick-up time 1 day prior to the tour by text message once the driver schedule is set for all guests.

Departure from San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal Your adventure begins with pickup in San Juan. We will send your exact pickup time and location details one day prior to your tour via text message. After completing the final pickup, our shuttle will depart for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at: 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday reservations) 5:45 AM (Saturday & Sunday reservations) The drive from San Juan to Ceiba takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Important: The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes at each pickup location. If you are not ready on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Please be ready and outside at your designated pickup spot to ensure a smooth departure.

Ferry Check-In & Boarding Information Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, our team will assist you with the check-in and boarding process. Important: All guests must check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled ferry departure time at both Ceiba and Culebra ferry terminals. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and are non-refundable. Ceiba Ferry Terminal Monday – Friday: Check-in at 8:00 AM for 9:00 AM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 7:00 AM for 8:00 AM departure Culebra Ferry Terminal (Return) Monday – Friday: Check-in at 4:30 PM for 5:30 PM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM departure Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Explore the Best of Culebra at Your Pace Discover the beauty of Culebra on your own schedule. Choose your favorite beaches and explore at your leisure. Important: Taxi transportation, jeep/golf cart rentals, and boat tours in Culebra must be booked separately. After booking, we will share a link with recommended options to help you plan your visit. Flamenco Beach: Turquoise waters, white sand, and stunning mountain views. Easy access by taxi, golf cart, or jeep. Food kiosks, showers, and restrooms available. Tortuga Beach (Culebrita): Crystal-clear waters and natural tide pools. Accessible by boat only—perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Tamarindo Beach: Calm, clear waters and frequent sea turtle sightings. A top snorkeling spot. Melones Beach: Peaceful and less crowded, ideal for relaxing and enjoying calm waters. Zoni Beach: Secluded white-sand beach with scenic views. Accessible by jeep only.

Return to Ceiba – Transportation Information Once you arrive back at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, your driver will be waiting for you at the White Tents waiting area by the ticket center. Please do not cross the street near Gate 2 of the ferry terminal. Remain under the white tents for pickup. The driver will be holding an I VENTURES sign with our pink sun (magenta) logo for easy identification. Driver contact information will be shared with you on the day of your tour for smooth coordination.

Return to San Juan The drive from Ceiba back to San Juan takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. We will provide drop-off directly at your hotel or original pickup location for your convenience.
