Meet inside the Metropolitan Government Large Bus Parking Lot at JR Shinjuku Station West Exit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The tour conductor will be holding a flag and a placard with the local tour operator's logo.
The bus will stop at a nearby location where guests can safely and conveniently disembark. The tour is scheduled to end at approximately 5:40 PM.
After meeting your tour conductor, you will travel by bus to Mishima Sky Walk, one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in Japan. Here, you will walk across the bridge while enjoying wide, open views over the surrounding landscape. On clear days, you may see Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay, creating a dramatic and memorable setting. The experience of crossing the bridge itself adds a sense of height and openness, making it a highlight of the tour. Please note that visibility depends on weather conditions. In rainy conditions, umbrellas are not allowed on the bridge for safety reasons, but rain gear can be provided.
After a short 10-minute transfer, you will arrive at Izu Fruit Park for lunch. Here, you will enjoy a seafood grill buffet, featuring items such as shellfish and other fresh ingredients prepared directly at your table. The hands-on style allows you to cook and enjoy your meal at your own pace, creating a lively and interactive dining experience. A dessert selection made with seasonal fruits is also included. After a 30-minute transfer, you will arrive at the lakeside and board a sightseeing boat often styled like a “pirate ship.” The cruise lasts approximately 25 minutes, offering views across the lake and surrounding mountains. On clear days, you may see Mt. Fuji in the distance, adding to the scenic experience. Viewing the landscape from the water provides a different and relaxing perspective compared to land-based sightseeing.
You will arrive at Togendai Port, where your cruise across the lake comes to an end. This area marks the transition point after your time on the water, offering views of the lakeside and surrounding natural landscape before beginning the return journey.
