After meeting your tour conductor, travel to Nagaoka in Niigata Prefecture with arrival expected between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 PM. To avoid heavy traffic before the event, arrival is intentionally scheduled well before the fireworks begin. The walk from the parking area to the viewing section may take approx. 30-40 min. You will enjoy the fireworks display from a reserved box seating area. This is a traditional ground-level viewing area where spectators remove their shoes and sit directly on the designated sheet-covered space along the riverside. The fireworks are scheduled from approximately 7:25 to 9:10 PM. Known as one of Japan's largest fireworks events, the festival fills the night sky with large-scale displays, powerful sound, and dramatic visual effects that stretch across the riverfront. This tour is designed so you can remain until the finale of the event. After the fireworks conclude, return to the coach and begin the overnight journey back toward Tokyo.

- Arrival at the venue is scheduled between approximately 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The walk from the parking area to the viewing site takes approximately 30–40 minutes. After arrival, there will be waiting time before the fireworks begin
- To avoid heavy traffic before the fireworks display, the tour may arrive in Nagaoka well in advance. As a result, you may need to wait until the fireworks begin.
- We recommend bringing a hat, towel, water bottle, handheld fan, or other items to help prevent heat-related illness, as there is no shade at the venue. A flashlight is also recommended, as some areas around the parking lot and restrooms may be poorly lit. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat, as weather conditions can change quickly even on clear days. Umbrellas are not permitted. Tissues and wet wipes may also be useful. To avoid obstructing the view of others, please refrain from using tripods or monopods.
- On the overnight return journey, the temperature inside the bus will be controlled with air conditioning; however, we recommend bringing an extra layer for comfort. To adjust timing during the journey, there may be opportunities to rest or take a short nap at service areas or near the arrival location.
- Traffic congestion is common after the fireworks display. It may take some time for the bus to leave the parking area after departure, and local staff will coordinate vehicle movements as conditions allow.
- The fireworks event is generally held rain or shine, but it may be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Please note that the organizer's decision may not be made until the day of the event, and in some cases notification of cancellation may not be possible until the morning of departure.
- If the event is canceled before tour departure, the tour will also be canceled, and a full refund will be provided. In such cases, we will contact the lead traveler. If you do not receive a cancellation notice, please assume the tour will operate as scheduled.
- If the event is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, a refund equivalent to the viewing-seat portion of the tour price will be provided, and the tour will operate as a substitute sightseeing day trip.
- Festival events may be canceled or modified due to requests or directives from national or local authorities.
- Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
- This is an overnight bus tour. Reclining seats may be used after lights-out. When reclining your seat, please be considerate of the person seated behind you. During rest stops, you may be asked to return your seat to its original position.
- To ensure the driver receives the legally required rest period, you will not be able to return to the bus after arriving at the venue until the fireworks display has ended. Please take all valuables with you when leaving the bus.
