DAY 2: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE After breakfast proceeds towards your next destination a quiet and density of elephants in Tanzania, Tarangire River attracts a wide variety and concentration of migratory animals including elephant, wildebeest, zebra, eland, and oryx. Tarangire is also a bird lovers’ paradise, with about 450 species.

DAY 3: TARANGIRE – MANYARA Morning departure to Manyara National Park, Ernest Hemingway wrote that it was ‘the loveliest he had seen in Africa’ …… This relatively small wilderness reserve was named after the alkaline lake filled with thousands of flamingos roaming the banks for food and hippos bathing in the waters. However, the most famous inhabitants of this park are the tree-climbing lions. Picnic lunch in the park. In the late afternoon, you will proceed to your lodge for leisure at Manyara.

Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Conservation

DAY 4: MANYARA - NGORONGORO CRATER Today an early start takes you to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a world-renowned conservation area a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The large volcanic caldera, which stands at 2236m above sea level an spans an area of 259 square kilometers, teems with wildlife and is considered to be of the Wonders of the Natural World. Dotted with watering holes that attract a diverse variety of games, the bottom of the crater is home to more than 30 000 animals which are enclosed and protected by the slopes of the volcano. You will spend 6 hours in the day exploring this spectacular area, soaking up the breathtaking natural scenery an experiencing the incredible array of fauna and flora that reside within it late afternoon drive to the lodge for leisure.

Ngorongoro to Serengeti

DAY 5: NGORONGORO - SERENGETI After breakfast depart to Serengeti National park. Game drive en-route. Arriving in good time for lunch at your camp. Afternoon game drive. The Serengeti National Park is one of the World’s greatest game parks. Meaning endless plains’ in the Maasai language, the Serengeti still offers the most incredible game-viewing in Africa. Depending on the season.

DAY 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK The full day in Serengeti National Park and spend the next two days exploring what is probably the most famous national park in the world. The Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200 000 zebra and 300 000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of the elephant and giraffe, the thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala, Grant’s gazelle. A Serengeti’s predator concentration is high year-round.

DAY 7: SERENGETI – ZANZIBAR A morning game viewing split at Serengeti plains en route to airstrip take the flight to Zanzibar.
