What to expect
I welcome you to my plots, at the foot of the Rocher de Cotignac, for a rare immersion in the daily life of an olive artisan.
During the visit, you will discover the life of a Provencal orchard, the rhythm of the seasons, the gestures of the trade, the local varieties and the secrets of olive maturity.
Here, everything is lived with the senses:
