What to expect
I propose you to discover one of my olive groves located at the entrance of Cotignac on a plot of 2 hectares composed of 150 centenarian subjects to retrace together the course of the olive.
In "Aubignagne", you will be less than a kilometer from the village, and in the heart of the Provencal terroir of Cotignac, protected by the tuff rock that dominates the village, and you will discover for two hours the secrets of the olive tree.
Discover the olive’s journey on the guided tour; from growing the tree, pruning types, grafting, different varieties of olive, the four seasons of the olive tree to harvesting, crushing, and making different oils at the mill.
The guided tour will end with an olive oil tasting workshop at my shop and the secrets of the assembly.
