We’ll kick off the night in Soho Square. Full of history and intrigue, this vibrant spot serves as the perfect place to kick off an unforgettable night. From Mozart’s early performances to the area’s red-light past, we're in for an evening filled with scandalous tales, iconic sights, and delicious local drinks.
Our first bar stop is just around the corner from Frith Street, home to rich musical history. Here you’ll find the legendary Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, where icons like Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, and Prince performed, and even where Jimi Hendrix played his final show. Just steps away is Mozart’s childhood home, where he composed his first symphony at just 8 years old. After exploring Soho’s musical heritage, we’ll toast with a drink inspired by one of the UK’s greatest music legends.
Here, we’ll see some quirky street art in protest of the rise of surveillance in the city—perfectly embodying Soho’s rebellious vibe. After soaking in the creativity, we’ll pop into another bar to dive into authentic British pub culture, all while enjoying a refreshing Camden beer.
Meard Street, a narrow yet historically rich lane in Soho, was central to the area's shift from a red-light district to a bohemian haven. Your guide will reveal tales of the underground clubs and adult shops that once lined the street, along with the story behind the fake windows still found on many buildings today, before we head into another bar to enjoy a classic British G&T.
On our way to the final stop, we’ll pass the legendary "Marquee Club," where icons like Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, and Pink Floyd rose to fame, and where The Rolling Stones played their first public gig. Your guide will also delve into the fascinating story of John Snow’s legacy, before we end the tour at a vibrant Latin bar with a shot to wrap up the night in style!
