Depart from central London and travel about 60 miles, a journey of one and a half to two hours, to reach Oxford, the city of dreaming spires. Start with a guided walking tour through Oxford’s historic streets. Highlights include the Bridge of Sighs at Hertford College, the Sheldonian Theatre designed by Christopher Wren, the domed Radcliffe Camera, and the Bodleian Library, one of the oldest in Europe. As you stroll, admire the architecture of the university’s famous colleges and soak in the scholarly atmosphere. Afterward, enjoy free time for lunch at a traditional English pub or café, offering a relaxed break and a taste of local flavours. In the afternoon, visit Christ Church College, one of Oxford’s most iconic landmarks.
