You will learn the secrets of the true Italian Gelato by preparing it with your hands, trained by a pro Ice cream chef.
You will eat the flavored ice cream of your choice and you will learn how to do it perfectly starting from the processing of the best seasonal products or your favorites.
The drinks will be all inclusive.
The lesson will be private to have the maximum competence and to dedicate myself totally to your needs, after the lesson and after receiving my book in pdf, you can really open your ice cream shop if you want it.
I will teach you to work the products and equipment in a professional way and I will give you my support if necessary even after the lesson.

What to expect

In the cooking class you will learn how to prepare a real artisanal Italian Ice cream/Gelato, step by step, in different taste (all 3 variants will be well explained, water based ice cream, milk based ice cream, egg based ice cream), in a traditional and private location, for lunch or dinner, in in the heart of Milan. You will eat the ice cream we'll prepare together , we will offer you drinks and water, all inclusive.
You will receive my PDF with the recipe and the preparation process with professional competence, you will also be ready to open your ice cream shop.
