Witness an amazing annual event of the great migration. Naming one of the seven wonders of the world, this mass movement of wildlife is a spectacle like no other. Enjoy the most dramatic episode which is the perilous crossing of the Mara River by thunderous swarms of wildebeests. It’s the stage for a gripping, life-and-death scene where the wildebeests must survive the danger of the water’s currents, the stampede of its own herd, and the jaws of the Nile crocodiles that lie in wait. Experience one of the most thrilling moment in your life through this safari!

Departing from the capital of Kenya, Nairobi, you will drive down the escarpment via the floor of the scenic Great Rift Valley. After that, you arrive at your overnight camp, located on the border of Masai Mara, in time for lunch. This afternoon you will explore Masai Mara on your first game drive, getting a taste of what this legendary game park has to offer. You will stay in luxury safari tents overlooking the untamed savannah plains and woodlands of Masai Mara. At night, you can hear a chorus of different animal sounds as the creatures of the wild communicate with each other in the darkness, more than enough reason to visit.
We will spent the whole day game viewing in Kenya's finest wildlife park, the Masai Mara. Your morning and afternoon game drives will take you in search of Africa's Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara, you will see an abundance of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, and wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot but reasonably common. The ultimate action here is, without doubt, the annual wildebeest exodus, the great migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in October.
