    Park and National Palace of Pena

    Built on top DE a rock, on the initiative DE D. Fernando II to his romantic style is a work DE art surrounded by Nature. Tickets for visiting the interior of the Palacio are sold POR slots, we recommend purchasing them in advance. Please buy the ticket only for the slot DA 10:30 in the morning. If you are exhausted we recommend buying tickets to the outside (jardins). With the outside ticket you can see part of the park, chapel, points DE view of the palace, access to the terraces, towers and the interpretative center. Note that the Guide will only give explanations about the monument outside it.

    A mystical space from the beginning of the XX century, linked to the Masonry and idealized POR Carvalho Monteiro and Luigi Manini. Tickets to this monument are not included and are sold POR slots, if you want to visit we recommend purchasing them in advance. If you want to visit the Quinta DA Regaleira, please buy the ticket only for the 13h slot. Note that the Guide will only give explanations about the monument outside it.

The historic center is home to the medieval Fortress of Nossa Senhora da Luz and the Palácio da Cidadela, a former royal retreat. Nearby is the whitewashed church of Nossa Senhora da Assunção, with glazed tiles.
