What to expect

Join us for a lively Italian cocktail-making class in the heart of London—perfect for anyone who loves a good aperitivo and wants to bring a taste of Italy home.

During this fun and relaxed experience, you’ll learn to craft four signature Italian cocktails:
• Aperol Spritz or Limoncello Spritz
• Negroni or White Negroni
• Our house-favourite Espresso Martini (with an Italian twist!)

Led by a friendly bartender, this hands-on class is ideal for birthdays, team events, or simply a night out with friends. You’ll learn bar techniques, cocktail history, and enjoy everything you make in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

And to keep things authentic, each guest will enjoy freshly made Roman supplì—crispy risotto croquettes with a gooey mozzarella centre, served alongside your cocktails.
