Bologna is the italian capital of homemade pasta, I will show you some tricks I've learnt from my grandmother and some unique ways to fill the pasta
We will make fresh pasta from scratch and after best tiramisu of your life!!
I also offer during my experience a unique wine tasting with best grapes of north east of italy from organic producers :)

We start opening a bottle of wine for Aperitivo with a HOMEMADE PIZZA that I will make fresh for you! Super tasty!!
As main course YOU will learn to make 2 DIFFERENT KINDS OF PASTA:
Tortelloni
Tagliatelle
WITH 2 SAUCES:
Ragu' (Bolognaise sauce)
Fresh cherry tomato sauce and basil
You will turn a simple egg into a real dish starting from the scratch.
YOU will make the dough manually and I teach you how to work it and all its secrets
During meal, I'll offer a relaxing and educational wine tasting , guiding through some of the best italian wines.
You learn about the story behind each bottle and producer and how to combine the perfect wine for the right food.
A very accurate selection of the BEST grapes of italy: pinot noir, pinot grey, cabernet franc, chardonnay from local producers
As dessert, will be the best TIRAMISU of your life, with my grandma's recipe, that we pass on since more than 80 years in family !
I got a little cute red cat named "ragu" in the house :)
