Candle light athmosphere for your intimacy during meal
We start with a nice homemade Pizza for apetizer, while raising our glasses with the first bottle of wine to taste
WE MAKE TOGETHER 3 KINDS OF PASTA:
Tortelloni
Tagliatelle
Maccheroni
SERVED with two sauces:
Ragu' (Bolognaise sauce)
Fresh cherry tomato sauce and basil
During the WHOLE experience enjoy a relaxing UNLIMITED wine tasting, guiding you through some of the best Italian grapes. We open all the bottles we like :)
You learn about the story behind each bottle and producer and how to match the perfect wine for the right food.
A very accurate selection of the finest grapes of Italy you can choose from: sangiovese, merlot, chianti, pinot grey, chardonnay from organic italian producers upon season and availability
