Meeting and pickup
Please be ready at your hotel lobby or specified pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup is included from most hotels and accommodations in the Bávaro, Punta Cana, and Uvero Alto areas. If you are staying in a private residence or Airbnb, we will contact you to coordinate the nearest accessible pickup point. Look for our representative wearing a branded uniform or holding a sign with our company logo.
