This full-day excursion from Bariloche covers 352 kilometers through the Nahuel Huapi and Lanín National Parks, starting from Bariloche along National Route 237 and traveling along the eastern end of Lake Nahuel Huapi to the Limay River.
Continuing along National Route 231, we border the lake along its northern shore up to Villa La Angostura, where we take a short break, to continue on our way to Lakes Espejo, Correntoso, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Machónico, and Lácar, on the shores of which the city of San Martín de los Andes is located.
The return to San Carlos de Bariloche is by the same route.

Leaving from Bariloche, you will travel along the path of the seven lakes that will dazzle you with incomparable landscapes throughout its journey. • You will get to know Villa La Angostura, a true mountain village, characterized by its typical Andean architecture. • Once you start to walk the path of the 7 lakes, you will know the Correntoso, Espejo, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Hermoso and Machonico lakes. • Each of the lakes has a unique landscape attraction, surrounded by ancient and lush forests. • Once in San Martin de los Andes, on the shore of Lake Lacar, you can tour the city and visit a viewpoint.
This lake is the most important of the tour, once you reach its viewpoint you will have 15 minutes to take pictures.
The largest of the water bodies of the Route of the Seven Lakes, it unfolds imposingly among the Andean-Patagonian forest joining Lake Nahuel Huapi through the shortest river in the world.
Small lake hidden between mountains, Espejo Chico is one of the most beautiful spots that can be found on the Route of the Seven Lakes.
Its location, hidden in the dense forest, gives it its name. It is a small lake, oval in shape, 850 m long and 250 m wide.
