We started the tour with the pick up at the hotel and headed to the station of the famous End of the World Train, a historic railway that revives the old route of the prisoners of Ushuaia. On board this vintage train, with steam locomotives and wide windows, you will enjoy a unique experience as you cross spectacular landscapes such as the meandering Pipo River, La Macarena Waterfall and lengas forest. During the tour, you will be able to learn about the history of the former prisoners through an audio system in several languages, which allows you to understand the historical and cultural value of this iconic walk.
At the end of the train tour, we continue exploring Tierra del Fuego National Park, a subantarctic forest nature reserve. After walking its walkways, we return to the city of Ushuaia, completing an unforgettable experience that combines history, nature and unique landscapes.

Meeting and pickup
To arrange pick-ups at your hotel, we need you to provide the name of your hotel when making the booking or the arrival and departure itinerary of your cruise. If this information is not provided, we will be unable to accept your reservation.
If you are a cruise passenger, the meeting point will be in the lobby of the Albatros Hotel, which is located opposite the port.

Saliendo de la ciudad de Ushuaia en dirección sudoeste, transitaremos por la Ruta Nacional N° 3 hacia el Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego. En los once kilómetros que separan la entrada del parque de la ciudad, realizaremos una parada cerca del Centro Hípico, desde donde se pueden apreciar excelentes vistas panorámicas del Canal Beagle, la península de Ushuaia y los archipiélagos Bridges, Willie y Les Éclaireurs. Luego de cruzar el puente del Río Pipo, junto al Golf Club Ushuaia, llegaremos a la estación del Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino, conocido como el Tren del Fin del Mundo.

2The End of the World Train
The train, besides traveling along a picturesque route, tells the story of the prisoners who served their sentences in Ushuaia. In the past, it departed from the prison and reached Monte Susana, where inmates gathered materials for construction. Currently, the journey begins at the End of the World Station, located 8 kilometers from the city, and after approximately one hour, it arrives at the last station near the entrance to the National Park. If you have booked a tour in advance, guides will be waiting for you there to explore the park; otherwise, you will return by train to the main station.

- The tour starts when we pick you up in our minibus with your driver and a professional tour guide from our own company. We're going south, looking for that famous picture of the end of Route 3. We will enjoy Tierra del Fuego National Park, which is located just 14 kilometers from the city of Ushuaia. The first stop is at the End of the World Railway Station. There you will have the chance to make the 60 minute tour of the last 7 km of the original route of the famous prison path!! On the End of the World Train, we will relive history in time and space. We will travel the same path that many years ago the prisoners traveled gathering firewood. The walk takes place in a wonderful setting composed of forest, rivers, turbs, and the ruins of a Yámana settlement, the first natives who inhabited the area. We’ll also make a stop for you to appreciate the beautiful Macarena Waterfall, before entering Tierra del Fuego National Park.
- Premium train option: Include breakfast or snack on the train route

In addition, we will give you exclusive souvenirs from the End of the World Train, to complete the splendid experience. As you take the tour and enjoy the surrounding landscape, you can learn more about the history of the place, guided by an audio guide system on board the train, with native voices in seven languages we have available. Service only offered on midday and afternoon departures.
- Tourist train option: you can travel in heated cars with comfortable seats and large windows, which allow you to fully enjoy the landscape between the meandering Pipo River, mountains and turbulence. You will also learn about the history of the prison and its train that transferred prisoners through an on-board audio guide system, with native voices in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German and Chinese. All this in a train that recalls the golden eras of the railway, when they were powered by imposing steam locomotives, which takes us further in time and history.
