We offer convenient pickup and drop-off from all major areas in Bali, including Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, and Denpasar.
For airport transfers, your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Please share your flight details in advance to ensure smooth pickup, even in case of delays.
For hotel pickups, please be ready at the lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp prior to arrival for easy coordination.
If your accommodation is located in a narrow area not accessible by minibus, the driver will arrange the nearest possible pickup point.
