Begin in Colonia Americana, one of Guadalajara’s most vibrant neighborhoods, before walking through four distinct districts over 2.2 miles (3.5 km). Along the way, visit local eateries and family-run spots known mostly to locals.

Taste iconic regional specialties including barbacoa, birria, pozole, tortas ahogadas, and tacos al pastor. Enjoy drinks such as tequila, local beer, and traditional tejuino.
