Begin in Colonia Americana, one of Guadalajara’s most vibrant neighborhoods, before walking through four distinct districts over 2.2 miles (3.5 km). Along the way, visit local eateries and family-run spots known mostly to locals.
Taste iconic regional specialties including barbacoa, birria, pozole, tortas ahogadas, and tacos al pastor. Enjoy drinks such as tequila, local beer, and traditional tejuino.
Finish in Guadalajara’s historic center, where you’ll admire stunning architecture, plazas, and landmarks while learning about the city’s rich past.
