Live a night trek in the Salt Range, minutes from San Pedro de Atacama, where sunset turns on the colors and night reveals the wilder side of the Atacama Desert. The adventure begins at sunset. We proceed through unique karst formations of the Salt Range, under moonlight or a totally dark sky. With a full moon, the relief shines; without it, shadows and silence create an intense and enveloping atmosphere. The trail alternates ups and downs on firm ground, with medium demand, ideal for those who seek excitement without being experts. Along the way we pause to observe the stars with the naked eye, in one of the cleanest skies on the planet. Nature, adrenaline and stars: a night to get out of the ordinary and take the desert on your skin.
