We will schedule your hotel pick-up approximately three hours before your flight departure. Our team will contact you in advance to confirm the suggested pick-up time. If you wish to adjust this time, please reach out to us beforehand so we can make the necessary arrangements.
On the day of your departure, our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. To ensure a smooth and timely transfer, please be ready in the lobby at least five minutes before the pick-up time.
