A vast monastic complex once serving as a Buddhist university. Known for its atmospheric corridors, crumbling halls, and giant silk-cotton trees intertwined with the ruins.
＊Neak Pean
A unique island temple set in the middle of a large reservoir (baray). Famous for its central pond and four surrounding pools once believed to have healing powers.
＊Ta Som
A smaller, charming temple with serene towers and carvings. The highlight is its eastern gate, where a giant tree has dramatically overgrown the stone entrance.
＊East Mebon
A 10th-century Hindu temple built on an artificial island. Features impressive elephant statues guarding the corners and a pyramid-like structure symbolizing Mount Meru.

A state temple of King Rajendravarman, built of laterite and brick. Its tall pyramid form and warm reddish stones make it a beautiful spot for sunset views.
