Welcome to Kathmandu! As soon as you clear the immigration and make your way to the parking, our representative will be waiting for you with your name card to drive you to your booked accommodation in central Kathmandu.
Your day starts with the drive to Pokhara which takes about 7 hours Be ready for the mountain road as it offers the fantastic view of the hills, mountain, river, and more. Pokhara is a metropolitan city and is the second destination large city of Kathmandu and is famous for its Himalayan range and gorgeous lakes.
Today your trek guide will lead you from Pokhara city to Nayapul 1.50 hrs, a scenic drive and then you will trek along the banks of the Modi Khola river, you reach Birethanti (1015m), a large village that has many shops and teahouses. From here, the trail continues along the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola, ascends steeply, first through the forest, then through gorgeous terraced paddy fields and again through the forest before climbing steadily up the side of the valley to Hille (1495m) before reaching Tikhedhunga at 1570m. Today's walk is a short and relatively easy climb to allow you to get used to the experience of trekking in Nepal.
You walk longer than usual for about 6 hours and almost most of the way is steep climb up to Ulleri (a large Magar Village at 2070m) through the innumerable stone steps. The trail then continues to ascend more gently, through fine forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti at 2250m. Then you trek towards Nangethanti at 2460m before arriving at Ghorepani at 2840m. Ghorepani is a relatively large village with excellent views of the Annapurna range, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. Here you can stock up on supplies such as drinking water etc.

The best time to view the magnificent mountainous range is before 5 am. During this day you will wake by 4 am and move from Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3210m). From the Poon Hilltop, you will enjoy views of majestic mountains (Fish Tail) (6993m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Annapurna South (7219m), Giant Dhaulagiri (8167 m), and many more. After Poon Hill, you will back to Ghorepani and have breakfast, and start your trekking to Tadapani. Today you’ll get the best of rhododendron blossoming jungles as you get through Deurali pass 3160m; The road then ascends to Tadapani.
Enjoy the best sunrise view over Annapurna, Dhaulagiri range and Mt. Fistail
You will start your trekking trail between Tadapani and Ghandruk which mostly goes through the subtropical jungles, this small settlement lies at the meeting point of two big hills, Tadapani also offers you an amazing landscape of the Himalayas (2710m/8888ft). The trail steeply down through the rhododendron forests and through pine. Then the trail descends passing stream to reach the second biggest Gurung Village of Ghandruk which takes about five hours. You have a great view of Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre etcGhandruk a huge Gurung village at 1940 meters is the second largest Gurung village in Nepal situatedabove the Modi River and is a confusing cluster of closely-spaced, slate-roofed houses. There are neatly terraced fields situated both above and below the town. It is wonderfully easy to get lost in the network of narrow alleyways while trying to trek through the village.
From here, the trail descend steeply, first through the villages, then through gorgeous terraced paddy fields and again through forest, up to Dhampus and finally to Phedi. You will get a glimpse of the fantastic touring mountains like Machhapuchhare (the holy unclimbed Mt Fishtail), Annapurna South, Lamjung Himal, and Annapurna III which you might have missed on the way up, approximately 5 hours walking time. You will end up trek here and drive back to Pokhara city.
Wake up in dawn as in fact you will be guided to the Sarangkot hill station for the spectacular sunrise view over Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. After the sunrise, we will head back to the hotel for breakfast and then to Kathmandu. Rest and relax at Thamel
