Please be on time for the meeting.
If you arrive late or are absent without notice, it will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.

Final Confirmation
We will inform you of your meeting time and location by the day before the tour.

If you have concerns about your physical fitness or a fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance.
Equipment & Safety
For water activities, life jackets, fins, and masks are mandatory.
You will not be allowed to join if you do not agree to wear the equipment.
For your safety, please follow all instructions from your guide.
Weather
Tours are held even in light rain.
However, if the field is deemed unsafe, the tour may be canceled.
Transportation & Meeting Location
Depending on the booking status, you may be asked to meet on-site.
If you wish to request a pickup, please contact us after completing your reservation.
Clothing & Preparation
Please wear clothing that can get wet.
There are no toilets at the site, so please use the restroom beforehand.
Participation under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
Parking Fee
Depending on the field, a parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply.
