- Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations and may incur a cancellation fee.

- Requirements: Ages 3–59. Not available for pregnant women, infants (0–2), or individuals with pre-existing medical conditions.
- Safety: Life jackets, fins, and masks are mandatory. Please follow the guide's instructions.
- Weather: Tours run in the rain but may be canceled if field conditions are dangerous.
- Prep & Gear: Please wear clothes that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one before arriving. Participants under the influence of alcohol are not allowed.
- Parking: Depending on the field, a separate parking fee of 1,000–2,000 yen may apply.
- Language: Tours are guided in Japanese or English. Depending on booking availability, guidance may be in Japanese only.
