What to expect
We use cupal and incense, medicine for the balance of energy that cleans before entering Temazcal from that moment you experience a spiritual connection.
Then we enter Temazcal and sit around the navel. Then the previously heated volcanic stones emerge, which emit steam when we spray water with infusions of healing plants on top of the granny stones. The place becomes very warm while, through chants and prayers, the participants come into contact with themselves and we will learn the importance of the word, the silence and the strength of the chants, making relaxing but also reflective dynamics. 4 doors (4 strokes) are made within the ritual, in which between each one the doors will be opened to lower the temperature and the entry of new stone grandmothers.
After finishing we go out and shower in the garden with a rustic watering can, the water purifies our body.
Then we enjoyed drinks, fruits and guacamole gift from Mother Earth.
