The journey continues through Midelt and the scenic Ziz Valley before reaching the famous Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. There, you will enjoy a camel trek across the desert at sunset and spend the night in a traditional nomadic camp. The next morning, you will watch the sunrise over the dunes before returning to Fes through the same beautiful landscapes.

Pickup from your hotel in Fes very early in the morning and departure toward the south of Morocco. You will stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” to enjoy its beauty and take memorable photos. After that, you will head to Azrou to see the monkeys in the cedar forest. Continue t for lunch at a restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will cross the Tizi n Talghamt pass to reach Errachidia while admiring the views of the Ziz gorges. Later, there will be a stop to enjoy a panoramic view of the Ziz Valley. The journey continues toward the Erg Chebbi dunes, passing through Aoufous and Erfoud (the latter is famous for fossils and dates), where you may want to visit a local fossil craft workshop.

3Merzouga
After that, you will continue to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, also called the Merzouga dunes. Arrive at the hotel and prepare for a camel trek lasting about an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset. While riding your dromedary, you will continue to the camp to spend the night in a traditional nomadic tent. Dinner and overnight at the desert camp.

We will wake up early to enjoy and admire the beautiful sunrise offered by the desert and take photos from a large dune one of the best moments in the Merzouga desert. After a typical breakfast at our camp, we will return by dromedary to the lodge to take a shower. Then we will start the journey back to Fes, passing through the beautiful Ziz Valley, and Midelt,..
