What to expect

The experience of the culture and history of tequila in the voice of the Jorge Cuervo. He will personally share his experience while you enjoy tasting the different types of tequilas from the legendary, traditional and the most distinguished family producers from Tequila region, high quality and 100% agave, and learn to distinguish the best ones for you. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our staff and escorted to your Tequila Tasting Experience, from there you will enjoy tasting three different varieties of tequila perfectly paired with our Chef Roberto Gallardo's petit Mexican canapés, one special reserved tequila from the barrel and one dessert tequila. Throughout the class Jorge Cuervo will personally teach you about the history, development process, as well as the varieties of tequila, you'll get to know what makes authentic tequila, train your palate to appreciate it, and show you how to drink like a true Mexican.
