An incredible wine experience in the Chianti region, visiting 3 wineries/farms selected from our twenty years of experience. A journey into the excellence of Tuscan products, to discover production techniques and taste the best wines in the world.
Three different winemakers will show you their cellars, show you the vineyards and explain different production techniques between red and white wines. You will learn the rules of the production of DOCG wines (certified and guaranteed denomination wines).
You will taste the famous Chianti Black Rooster, Chianti Riserva, Chianti Colli Senesi, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Vermentino Toscano, pure Sangiovese 100% and many qualities of Super Tuscan. For lunch we will move to a family-run farm to taste delicious first courses with homemade pasta, cold cuts, bruschetta with 5 types of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and 3 Balsamic vinegars.

First winery visit in the Chianti Classico area. Short winemaking intro + guided tasting designed to introduce the core styles, typically including Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and 100% Sangiovese (labels may vary).

Traditional Tuscan lunch at a family-run biodynamic/organic winery, paired with wines that expand the tasting journey—typically including Chianti Colli Senesi and Vernaccia (plus additional Tuscan wines, selection may vary).

Cellar visit + final guided tasting of about 5 wines with a “comparison” approach—often featuring a structured Super Tuscan alongside Chianti Classico expressions. Learn how terroir (soil, altitude, sun exposure) and winemaking choices shape aroma, body, and finish. Drop-off in Florence.
