Panama Canal - Miraflores Visitor Center Entrance Fees are included.
Visit the IMAX Theater to view 3D Film called 'Panama Canal: A Land Divided - A World United' Narrated by Morgan Freeman. There are 45 min. screenings scheduled as follows: 8:45am, 9:45am, 11:00am, 12:15pm, 1:30pm, 2:45pm, 4:00pm, 5:15pm; visit the souvenir shop; historical museum artifacts, photos, and documents; visit the ship transit simulator for a 1st hand experience; go to viewing deck to watch a ship transit the canal. Itinerary will be scheduled based on visitor's arrival time, and will depend on transit time of a ship through the Panama Canal.

We'll visit: Panama Canal Visitor's Center in Miraflores: learn about the history and operations of this technological wonder & its fortunate position at the cornerstone of global logistical transportation and tourism. Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador): Is the entrance to the Panama Canal and home to the Gehry Museum, a port for cruise ships, souvenir shops and many restaurants. Casco Viejo (Old Town) founded in 1673 when the original Panama City was burned down by pirates. This historical paradise is now a hub for beautiful hotels, newly constructed condos, chef inspired restaurants and a bustling nightlife. Itinerary will be scheduled based on visitor's arrival time, and will depend on transit time of a ship through the Panama Canal. 1Casco Viejo
Includes the Casco Antiguo Tour Casco Viejo (Also known as Casco Antiguo, Old Town, San Felipe) is the historic district of Panama City. Completed and settled in 1673, it was built following the near-total destruction of the original Panamá city, Panamá Viejo in 1671, when the latter was attacked by pirates. It was designated a World Heritage Site in 1997. Guest can purchase souvenirs such as Molas and handmade crafts.

2Miraflores Visitor Center
Learn about the amazing Panama Canal and hopefully watch a trip in transit. Visit the simulator and see artifacts, photos and read about the history of this wonderful engineering marvel that still has an impact on world shipping. Admission fees are: $17.22 adults non-residents; $7.22 minors 6-12 non-residents; $8.61 Adults disabled; $3.61 Minor disabled; nationals & residents $3.00.

3Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador)
Amador is the entrance to the Panama Canal. Amador was one a Naval Station that now houses a museum, convention center, lots of restaurants and stores for purchasing souvenirs. If time allows perhaps this could be an opportunity for a little snack. Please let us know.
