    1. Chilpik Kala (The Zoroastrian Tower of Silence) Our first major stop rises dramatically on a hilltop overlooking the Amu Darya River. Chilpik Kala is a massive, circular 1st-century BCE fortress that served as a Zoroastrian Dakhma (Tower of Silence). Climbing to the top offers a breathtaking, peaceful sunrise view over the desert plains and river delta.

    2. The Savitsky State Art Museum & Lunch Break (Nukus) Next, we visit the capital city of Nukus and you will step inside the world-famous Savitsky Museum. Globally acclaimed as the "Louvre in the Desert," it houses the world's second-largest collection of banned Soviet avant-garde art, successfully hidden from the KGB regime.

The Haunting Muynak Ship Graveyard (Cemetery) We then drive north to the edge of the Ustyurt Plateau to reach Muynak, a former bustling Soviet fishing port now surrounded by the dry Aral-Kum Desert. You will descend onto the dusty, former seabed to walk through the iconic Ship Cemetery. Standing beneath these massive, rusted iron hulls stranded in the middle of the sand dunes is a powerful, unforgettable experience.
