Discover more about the impressive largest architectural complex in the historic center of Quito. From the square we can see the towers, the church and the chapel of San Francisco.

Along Cuenca Street we will appreciate the republican and neocolonial architecture of Quito until we reach the Plaza de Santa Clara. From this point we will enjoy the views of the façade of this monastery and its domes.

Experience the busy streets of the historic center until you reach the Plaza de Santo Domingo where you can admire the facades of the convent and the church. From the square you can also admire one of the best views of the imposing mountains of Quito.

4Plaza de la Independencia (Plaza Grande)
Discover the main square of Quito localy named "La plaza grande". From this point you can see the four powers of the country, in addition to appreciating the monument to independence. Enjoy time in this square tasting traditional Quito sweets made by locals.

5Calle de las Siete Cruces
Cross the street of the seven crosses and learn more about some of the churches and convents located along this street such as the Church of the Company of Jesus. Pay attention to the details hidden in the facades until you reach our starting point.
