Our Teide National Park Sunset & Stargazing Tour is more than a stargazing tour — it’s a full sensory experience!
Your journey begins with a climate-controlled coach pickup from selected hotels in South Tenerife. Sit back and relax as our expert guides bring Teide National Park to life with volcanic history, unique landscapes, and ancient legends.
As the golden hour approaches, we stop at Montaña Sámara, high above the Sea of Clouds to watch the sky burst into colour as the sun sets over the Atlantic. Raise a glass of cava to this unforgettable moment.
We then journey deeper into the Park to Restaurante 7 Cañadas, your stargazing base beneath the stars. Enjoy the facilities before our expert guides lead an immersive stargazing experience using high-powered telescopes and lasers. Explore constellations, mythology and cosmic wonders under some of the clearest night skies on Earth.

Please contact us if in a different area to arrange a meeting point not listed and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. The language on the bus is ENGLISH ONLY. Our translators meet us on site and the main presentation can be in your selected language. (don't worry you won't miss a thing as they will catch you up with anything that the English guide has said on the bus!).

1Los Cristianos
Your Sunset & Stargazing Safari begins with a comfortable, climate-controlled coach pickup from one of our convenient hotel collection points in South Tenerife. Settle in and enjoy the journey as our guides bring Teide National Park to life, sharing fascinating facts, volcanic history, unique flora and fauna, and ancient stories linked to this remarkable landscape. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Teide is one of the Canary Islands’ most iconic natural treasures, and your adventure starts the moment you step aboard.

2Montaña Samara
As the golden hour approaches, we stop at Montaña Sámara. High in Teide National Park, Montaña Sámara offers sweeping sunset views across volcanic lava fields, pine-clad valleys and the distant silhouette of Mount Teide. From 2,000 m above sea level, the sky ignites with colour as the sun sinks toward the Atlantic, often revealing neighbouring islands on clear evenings. Enjoy a complimentary glass of chilled cava or orange juice as you soak up the romance of a stunning sunset above the Sea of Clouds.

3Restaurante 7 Cañadas
We then drive through the National Park to Restaurante 7 Cañadas in La Orotava (45 minute transfer) - your stargazing base beneath the stars. Enjoy the facilities and take in the panoramic views across the epic volcanic landscapes of Tenerife’s most iconic natural terrain. As twilight deepens, prepare to step beyond the ordinary and into the extraordinary. Under some of the clearest night skies on Earth, our multilingual guides take you on a stargazing and astrophotography journey across space and time, with lasers and the latest state-of-the-art telescopes. With unrivalled knowledge, warmth, and wit, they weave together mythology, science, and history into an immersive storytelling constellation. We’ll guide you through the constellations using a mix of mythology, science, and laser presentations, and the telescopes will bring the night sky to life as the darkness deepens, creating a truly unforgettable astronomical experience.
