Join us for an unforgettable cooking class at Jnane Garden, beginning at Ecolodge Aroma Dades. As soon as you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed with fresh herbs and a traditional tea ceremony. From there, we'll gather fresh, organic ingredients from our garden and head to our outdoor kitchen, where you'll learn the secrets of Moroccan cuisine.
We’ll teach you about local foods, spices, and Amazigh culinary traditions, sharing our cultural heritage along the way. While your meal cooks, enjoy a visit to our animal sanctuary, home to donkeys, dogs, mules, birds, and more. You'll also have the chance to dress in Berber clothing for photos in our beautiful garden.
Once the food is ready, we'll come together to enjoy the meal, sharing stories about our lifestyle and traditions. This 5-hour experience offers not just a taste of Moroccan cuisine, but a deep connection to the culture and community that makes it so special.
The garden, lovingly tended by a Berber family who were once nomads and settled here 40 years ago, is a true Oasis Heaven filled with fresh vegetables and fruits.
