This 4-day, 3-night journey offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience the genuine nomadic life of Morocco. We’ve designed this tour for travelers who want to delve deeper into the Berber way of life, spending nights with nomadic families who have lived in tents and caves for centuries, surrounded by their animals and thriving in the simplicity of nature.

From staying in authentic desert tents under the stars to sleeping in cave dwellings, all while experiencing the warmth of nomadic hospitality, this trip goes beyond typical sightseeing. You’ll learn about the resourceful ways of the indigenous Amazigh (Berber) people and experience how they live sustainably off the land and care for their animals.

The tour is filled with adventure, from camel treks over the dunes of Erg Chebbi to scenic hikes through the dramatic landscapes of the Dades and Toudra Gorges.

    After a scenic 3-hour drive from Marrakech, passing through natural landscapes, Berber villages, and majestic mountains, we’ll arrive at Ksar Ait Benhaddou around 1:00 PM. Known as the 'Gladiator Town,' this UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its impressive earthen architecture and its role as a backdrop for movies like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and Game of Thrones. Enjoy a 1-hour guided walk through this historic ksar, exploring its ancient streets and panoramic views, followed by a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
