Our evening food tour will lead you through the lively streets and squares of the artist’s neighborhood. This is one of the most interesting areas of Marseille, the up and coming center of contemporary art, innovative shops and restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.
Enjoy the happy hour like the locals, relaxing with a cocktail or a glass of wine or a pastis (there’s plenty of choice!) and delighting in the many different local specialties, discovering how french cuisine mixes with the other mediterranean traditions.
During this tour you will taste some of the city’s specialties, most of them in a form of "tapas," such as panisse or aioli. Everything is selected for you by locals. You will discover the nightlife of Marseille and catch some history and culture anecdotes!

Marseille has one of the oldest ports in the Mediterranean, their typical sardines, the “joels”, can’t be missed. And if you don’t love fish that much, there are always the delicious panisses! And while you’re sitting in a typical Marseille pub, why shouldn’t you try the “pastis”, the alcoholic drink of Provence?
