With the help of a "pizzaiolo" you can make the pizza following all steps, from making the dough to baking in a wood oven. It will not be just shown how to prepare the Neapolitan pizza but some secrets will also be revealed: which flour is good to use, which kind of yeast, how long the dough must rest, how it must be spread, which tomato to use, when the oil is poured and so on. Also the interesting history of this unique dish will be told: in the late 1800s, Raffaele Esposito was called to make a pizza for the visit of King Umberto and Queen Margherita of Italy. During this taste test, Queen Margherita liked the pizza garnished with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil, to represent the national colours of Italy as on the Flag of Italy.
