For your convenience, pickup will take place 45 minutes before the confirmed start time of your tour. If you are staying in a hotel: Please wait in the main lobby. Our guide will be waiting to receive you. If you arrive by cruise: Head to the main meeting point at the port of Amber Cove or Taino Bay. Our guide will recognize you easily, so don’t worry! If you have any questions or need to coordinate something specific about your pickup, feel free to contact us. We want you to enjoy the best of Puerto Plata from the get-go!
