Afternoon Safari- Climb into your open gypsy and venture deep into the very forest that inspired The Jungle Book. With our expert naturalist leading the way, explore a living tapestry of ghost trees, bamboo thickets, riverbeds, and golden meadows where India’s top predators roam wild. What might you see? A tiger’s silent prowl through tall grass A leopard lounging in the sun-drenched rocks Elephants crashing through the undergrowth Spotted deer dancing through the glades And over 250 birds – including paradise flycatchers and serpent eagles Every rustle, every call could be a sign. Morning Safari- There’s nothing like Pench at dawn. The mist hangs low over the forest floor, weaving between ancient teak and ghostly white kulu trees. The air crackles with anticipation — every sound amplified, every shadow a possibility. This is the golden hour, when the jungle awakens and its secrets begin to stir. It’s prime time for tiger movement. You might spot a lithe figure slipping through the grass, or hear a sambar's alarm call echo across the valley. Wild dogs, or dholes, move in coordinated silence, jackals skulk at the edges, and the elusive sloth bear may lumber out of the shadows in search of breakfast. Cameras ready. Hearts racing.
