We visit the Siddi Sayid Mosque to see the world renowned “Tree of Life” which is latticework done on semicircular arch-windows. This motif has become the unofficial symbol of Ahmedabad. The Mosque was built in 1572 by the Gujarat Sultanate in their final years of rule before losing to the Mughals.
